The ARPKD/CHF Alliance maintains an Action Plan, Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Research Plan, Marketing Plan, and Fundraising Plan, and uses SMART planning — specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based goals.
How we use every dollar
We are committed to directing the greatest possible share of resources to our mission. Our target allocation:
